Shipping policy
Please be aware that production for most of our product models begins only after your payment is received. It may take up to 5 working days. An exception could be clothes that are already crafted and can be shipped within 1-2 days. Items such as towels, bags, and accessories are already in production and can be shipped within 1-2 business days.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. We ship our products with couriers as Omniva, GLS, Post NL or UPS Standard or Express (depends on the country). All packages feature tracking data which allows you to determine the expected arrival date. Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you. Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.

- EU (4-14 business days)
- USA (9-20 business days)
- Canada (9-20 business days)
- UK (7-14 business days)
- Non-EU (10-30 weekdays)
In Lithuania, we send orders via courier with direct delivery to your home or parcel locker. Delivery takes 1-2 business days.
International taxes for orders outside the EU and USA:
Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at linoseses@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
